As humans we are constantly seeking new information. We need it, we thirst for it, we crave it.
We want to feel as though this information will make us better.
We want to feel smarter and more prepared in a world where we constantly feel helpless and out of control.
We hope that information will help us to grow and belong in society when in reality, most people don’t feel as though they belong in society and everyone is searching for different information.
My excel skills will not benefit me at Tim Hortons, your cheerleading skills will not benefit you on a construction site. We are all wealths of knowledge and we are always growing and learning new things.
Our cravings for knowledge will always exist in the best and worst of situations.
